Story by Story, Stitch by Stitch: A Weaving of Palestinian Stories through Film
De La Salle University (DLSU), the Palestine Collective at DLSU, and Active Vista are hosting Story by Story, Stitch by Stitch: A Weaving of Palestinian Stories through Film, a day-long educational program exploring Palestinian history, culture, and resistance through cinema. As part of the program, Naila and the Uprising will highlight the pivotal role of Palestinian women during the First Intifada and the power of grassroots organizing in the struggle for freedom. The event will open with remarks from His Excellency Mounir Anastas, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Republic of the Philippines, and will feature a post-screening discussion designed to foster learning, dialogue, and solidarity within the university community.
