We are a team of filmmakers, journalists, storytellers and human rights advocates who envision a pluralistic, just and rights-respecting future in the region. We fill a media gap on Israel-Palestine through independent storytelling and strategic audience engagement.
Just Vision has offices in East Jerusalem, Washington, DC and New York City, and has team members working out of Gaza City, Jaffa-Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ramallah, and throughout the United States.
Just Vision has a loyal base of donors comprised largely of foundations and individuals who are passionate about human rights, film, multimedia, nonviolence, peacebuilding and/or the Middle East. Our donors are primarily from North America, though not exclusively, and reflect a broad constituency rather than a single ethnic or religious group. Our contributors share our vision of a pluralistic, just and rights-respecting future in Israel-Palestine and believe in the invaluable role of women's leadership, the power of the grassroots in building rights-respecting societies and the transformative role of media in shaping our cultural and societal norms.
We also receive in-kind donations, including legal, printing, sound mixing and research services. We receive licensing fees for film broadcasts, DVD sales and screening fees. We do not accept any funding that would require us to cede editorial control of our documentary films or educational materials.

Given the magnitude of the issue, the political paralysis and the urgency of the situation on the ground, real change will require coordinated and focused efforts by leaders at the grassroots level. It will also require journalists to tell these stories, and strategic publics willing to pay attention.
We firmly believe that Palestinians and Israelis are here to stay, and that both deserve to live in freedom, dignity and equality for all in any future arrangement, but we do not advocate for any particular final status agreement.
We assert that the continuing occupation and Israeli settlement growth are illegal, immoral and pose a major obstacle to any lasting solution, and recognize the rights of refugees in accordance with international law. We believe that ending the occupation is crucial to resolving the conflict. We also know that ending the occupation alone will not resolve the conflict, and we focus our support on efforts for a rights-respecting future.
Just Vision is non-partisan. We are not affiliated with any political or religious movement. We highlight the efforts of Palestinian and Israeli civilians who are working to end the occupation and secure a free, equal and safe future for all through unarmed means. We believe that ordinary people have a critical role to play in this process and that ultimately politicians will follow civil society's lead.
Just Vision generates awareness and support for Palestinians and Israelis who pursue freedom, dignity and equality for all.
We tell their inspiring but under-documented stories through our award-winning films, multimedia profiles, and community organizing tools. Just Vision is the only organization to document a broad spectrum of Palestinian and Israeli grassroots leaders and community organizers and to generate media coverage about their work in Arabic, Hebrew and English.
We broker necessary relationships and link nonviolent grassroots leaders to one another, the media, and to broader networks of support in American, Israeli and Palestinian societies. Our overarching goal is to contribute to fostering peace and an end to the occupation by rendering Palestinian and Israeli grassroots leaders more visible, valued and effective in their efforts. Just Vision produces documentary films that reach millions of viewers worldwide and garner press coverage from the world’s leading journalists.
We partnered with +972 Magazine and Activestills to create a Hebrew-language news site dedicated to human rights, equality and freedom of expression, Local Call, and conduct targeted, sustained public education campaigns around the films for Palestinian, Israeli, American and broader international audiences.
We also create comprehensive online resources for educators, public intellectuals, faith leaders and activists featuring dozens of Palestinian and Israeli grassroots leaders. Over the years, we have reached hundreds of thousands of people directly, in over 400 cities, through screenings, workshops, our news site and panel discussions.
