Yonit is a long-time economic editor with 20 years of experience in the Israeli media, including founding the global desk in Calcalist (Yedioth Achronot’s economic newspaper) in the midst of the global financial crisis, and heading the news desk at The Marker (Haaretz economic newspaper). She has also written various magazine pieces about global economic issues. Yonit joined Local Call as an editor in 2019. She holds a BA in Psychology and Philosophy and a MA in Moral Philosophy, both from Tel Aviv University.
