Palinale Festival Screening of "Naila and the Uprising"

Palinale Festival is screening Naila and the Uprising on February 15 at Studio dB in Berlin as part of its program, “Contesting the Heteronormative Narratives of Liberation.”

The program will open with two short films: The Silent Protest: Jerusalem 1929 by Mahasen Nasser El-Din (joining online) and Blood Like Water by Dima Hamdan (joining in person), followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers. After a brief intermission for guests to explore the festival’s exhibitions, Naila and the Uprising will screen as the program’s closing event.
