Julia Bacha is a Peabody and Guggenheim award-winning filmmaker and the Creative Director at Just Vision, an organization that fills a media gap on Israel-Palestine through independent storytelling and strategic audience engagement. Since graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University, she has strategically used documentary film to foster constructive conversations on some of the most divisive issues of our times.

Rula Salameh is a veteran journalist, community organizer and the Education and Outreach Director in Palestine for Just Vision, an organization that fills a media gap on Israel-Palestine through independent storytelling and strategic audience engagement. She produced three of Just Vision’s films - Budrus (2009), My Neighbourhood (2012) and Naila and the Uprising (2017) - and has led the team’s public engagement efforts across Palestinian society for over 13 years.

Jessica Devaney is a Brooklyn-based producer and the founder of Multitude Films, an independent production company dedicated to telling stories by and about underrepresented communities. Her latest film, ALWAYS IN SEASON (Independent Lens), premiered in competition at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and won the Special Jury Award for Moral Urgency.

Daniel J. Chalfen is a Peabody and duPont winning and multiple-Emmy nominated film and television producer, and a co-founder of Naked Edge Films. His documentaries have premiered at the world’s foremost film festivals, including Berlin, Sundance, SXSW, Toronto, and Tribeca, have been released by companies including Samuel Goldwyn Films, Participant Media, Kino Lorber, and Focus Features, and have aired/streamed worldwide including in the US on Amazon, DirecTV, Discovery ID, HBO, Netflix, Showtime, and PBS, among others.

Ronit Avni is a tech and media entrepreneur and Peabody award-winning producer. She is the founder and CEO of Localized, a platform that connects students and recent graduates from emerging markets to global professionals who share language, culture and roots - drawing on diaspora networks--as well as to employers looking to hire talent in growth markets. Localized serves business and engineering students from Tunis to Bangalore.
