Naila and the Uprising

Just Vision's Executive Director, Suhad Babaa, will speak on a panel as part of the Beyond War: Causes of Conflict, Prospects for Peace, a two-day conference hosted by the Pulitzer Center. The event will bring together journalists, editors, policy-makers, academics, NGOs, and business leaders to join us in a conversation on the vital work of journalists and others covering underreported aspects of conflicts and peace.

Naila and the Uprising will have its West Coast premiere at the Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF), on Thursday, June 7th at 6:30 pm, with a second screening on Sunday, June 10th at 12:00 pm. Following the screening, there will be a Q&A with Suhad Babaa, Just Vision's Executive Director and Executive Producer of the film, and Julia Bacha, Just Vision's Creative Director and Director film. We will have our Turkey premiere of Naila and the Uprising at the Documentarist Festival in Istanbul on Saturday, June 9 at Kadıköy Sineması. Additional screenings will take place:

Join Just Vision's team for a screening of Naila and the Uprising at the Human Rights Watch Film Festival - New York on Saturday, June 16th at 7 pm.
