Naila and the Uprising

Naila and the Uprising will screen at Willamette University, co-sponsored by the Willamette Green Fund, Rhetoric Department and Cinema Studies Department. This screening is part of our ongoing educational and community engagement campaign, including university screenings across the US. Naila and the Uprising will screen as part of the Arab Film Festival in Tubingen, Germany. A Q&A will follow with the film's protagonist, Naila Ayesh. The screening is in honor of Felicia Langer, a German-Israeli human rights lawyer and activist who advocated on behalf of Naila Ayesh and other Palestinian activists during the First Intifada, and beyond.

IACC brings together leaders from the public and private sectors, civil society, international organizations, academics and the media to discuss the increasingly sophisticated challenges posed by corruption.
